Imagery of Minors
This policy was published on May 30, 2025. It will take effect on May 31, 2025.
At TuttiReal, we are deeply committed to keeping our community safe. As part of this, we have guidelines and protocols in place to protect children and minors within our marketplace. Please read on to find out more about the steps TuttiReal takes to protect minors from potential endangerment or exploitation, as well as our expectations for depicting minors in photography or other content within our marketplace. We regularly review our policies and monitor evolving industry best practices to look for opportunities to further strengthen our commitment to child safety.
In addition to reporting child sexual abuse material to the relevant authorities, we also prohibit the sexualization of minors in accordance with our Prohibited Items Policy, Buyer Policy, and Seller Policy. To minimize the risk of well-intentioned content being misused or misinterpreted as age-inappropriate, we also provide guidelines on poses and photographic angles that should be avoided in content you post to TuttiReal.
Our policies apply equally to all parts of the TuttiReal platform where images might be posted, including listing photos, Messages, review photos, digital download files, and shop banners, as well as to all mediums, such as photography, AI-generated art or images, illustration, animation, sculptures, and figurines. We take actions on violations of this policy where the subject is either identified as a minor or appears to be a minor.

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
TuttiReal takes our responsibility to report abuse to children seriously. If we detect or are alerted to sexually explicit content involving minors, we will report all relevant information to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children(NCMEC). Learn more about How to Report an Item or Shop.
Nudity, partial nudity, and revealing clothing
TuttiReal does not allow images of minors who are nude, partially nude, or in undergarments. This includes images where private parts or undergarments can be seen through sheer or revealing clothing. Clothing should not be pulled to the side or positioned in a way that intentionally accentuates a minor’s private areas.
Note that we do allow images of male minors without shirts, as well as of children under toddler age who are pictured partially nude, or in undergarments/diapers. Additionally, depictions of nude minors may be permitted in certain educational, historical or classic art contexts.
Sexually suggestive activity
We do not allow depictions of minors engaged in activities that could be considered sexually suggestive in nature, even if they are fully clothed. This includes, but is not limited to depictions of minors simulating sexual acts, removing their clothing, or cupping their private areas.
Posing
We recognize that posing is a subjective topic. What might seem innocent to one person may be interpreted as age-inappropriate by another person. To minimize the risk of well-intentioned imagery or other content being misused or misconstrued, images featuring minors in form-fitting or athletic clothes, such as leotards, bathing suits, or leggings, are subject to additional rules.
When featuring minors in imagery, we recommend neutral stances, with the minor facing forward, arms and legs straight, and the camera zoomed out to capture the entire head and body. We do not permit any of the following for minors in form-fitting clothing:
- Photos that are staged in a bath, shower, or on a bed.
- Photos that are cropped closely on private areas.
- Minor posed with their legs spread, such that knees are positioned wider than shoulder width.
- Minor posed with their chest, buttocks, or groin area pushed forward, by bending forward, backward, or otherwise contorting their body.
Young minors (pubescent and pre-pubescent) are subject to stricter guidelines. Specifically, we don’t permit photos of young minors photographed from overhead or below chest height, moving a garment up or aside, looking over their shoulder from behind, and so on.
TuttiReal monitors and removes any content that we discover that violates our policies, but we also believe that child safety is a responsibility we all share. If you notice a violation of any part of the policy described above, please let TuttiReal know by reporting it. More information about how to make a report can be found in this Help Center page.
