Creator Collective Policy
Creator Collective Policy
TuttiReal’s Creator Collective Program offers eligible creators, including sellers and influencers (“Creators”), the opportunity to earn commissions on qualifying sales that originate from links on their Social Media platforms to TuttiReal’s websites. The Creator Collective Policy explains your rights and responsibilities when participating in TuttiReal’s Creator Collective Program.
TuttiReal’s Creator Collective Program offers eligible entities or individuals (collectively, “Creators” each an “Creator”), the opportunity to earn commissions on qualifying sales that originate from links on a Creator’s Authorized Social Media Channel to TuttiReal’s websites (“Creator Collective Affiliate Links”). This policy explains your rights and responsibilities when participating in TuttiReal’s Creator Collective Program. “Authorized Channels” means your owned and operated social media pages that have been accepted and approved by TuttiReal for participation in the Creator Collective Program.
This policy contains the terms and conditions that apply to a Creator’s participation in the TuttiReal Creator Collective Program (the “Creator Collective Program”), which is operated through CreatorIQ’s integration with the Awin Affiliate Network (“Awin Network”). Creator Collective members are also subject to the Awin Network Terms. These terms are a contract between you and TuttiReal (if you live in North America or South America, the contract is between you and TuttiReal, Inc.; if you live elsewhere, the contract is between you and TuttiReal Ireland UC, a subsidiary of TuttiReal, Inc., but we’ll just refer to TuttiReal, Inc. and all of its subsidiaries collectively as “TuttiReal”).
By applying and participating in TuttiReal’s Creator Collective Program, you’re agreeing to be bound by these terms (the “Creator Collective Policy”). You also agree to abide by our Terms of Use (including important Arbitration provisions in Section 11 as noted below) and Trademark Policy, and acknowledge that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference into this Creator Collective Policy. You also acknowledge and agree that TuttiReal may use the Creator Collective Program, including your Creator Collective Affiliate Links, as part of TuttiReal’s Offsite Ads program.
Please note that Section 11 of TuttiReal’s Terms of Use, contains a binding arbitration agreement and class action waiver for users in North and South America. By agreeing to Creator Collective Policy, you and TuttiReal agree to submit any disputes between us exclusively to individual arbitration and not to sue in court, except in the limited circumstances described in TuttiReal’s Terms of Use.

Prospective Creator Collective members must apply directly to Creator Collective, operated by CreatorIQ. When signing up to Creator Collective, you must authorize at least one social media handle during the sign-up process. You must provide and maintain complete and accurate information about you (including your payment and tax information) during your participation in the Creator Collective Program. TuttiReal and CreatorIQ have the right to confirm or verify the truth and accuracy of your registration and account information at any time. You are responsible for all activity related to your account on the CreatorIQ Network and in the Creator Collective Program once you are approved, and must provide TuttiReal and CreatorIQ with prompt notice of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account or breach of the security of your account. If you are a Creator Collective member who is also an TuttiReal seller, signing up to any other Affiliate Program via a sub-network is not permitted.
TuttiReal reserves the right to remove Creators from the Creator Collective Program and refuse service, for any reason, at any time. Participation in the Creator Collective Program may be limited to Creators located in certain countries and is void where prohibited by law. TuttiReal reserves the right to approve or reject any application to join the Creator Collective Program for any reason.
Other Programs: TuttiReal’s Affiliates Program, offers eligible entities or individuals the opportunity to earn commissions on qualifying sales that originate from links on an Affiliate’s Authorized Channel to TuttiReal’s websites (“Affiliate Links”). See the Affiliates Policy for more information.
For the avoidance of doubt, TuttiReal sellers can apply to be a party to both the Affiliates Program and Creator Collective Program and are eligible to earn commission on sales from any shops, including their own.
TuttiReal’s Share & Save, another program at TuttiReal, differs from the Affiliates and Creator Collective Programs as follows: Share & Save is designed for any seller, no matter where you are in your social media journey. Share & Save members get rewarded for sales you drive to your own shop only. See the TuttiReal Share & Save Terms for more information.
- Commission Rates, Qualifying Sales and Payment
As a Creator Collective member, you are eligible to receive commissions for qualifying sales through Authorized Channels. Commission rates are determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on a variety of factors, such as the type of site, type of purchase and and type of content. For current commission rates, click here and “Apply Now’ for more Program information. TuttiReal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to adjust commission rates.
Your Creator Collective application through the CreatorIQ platform must specify the channels on which you wish to place Creator Collective Affiliate Links. If after you are approved as a Creator Collective member you wish to use additional channels that have not been approved, you must obtain TuttiReal’s approval before using such channels, and declare them within CreatorIQ. TuttiReal will not approve telemarketing/text message/SMS marketing as an Authorized Channel, or allow Creator Collective Affiliate Links in messages in any closed or private groups. TuttiReal may, in its sole discretion, disqualify an Authorized Channel if it determines that it no longer complies with the requirements of this Creator Collective Policy or is otherwise no longer appropriate for Creator Collective Affiliate Links.
Qualifying sales are purchases made on https://www.TuttiReal.com (the “TuttiReal Site”) and on the TuttiReal application (the “App”) by users that arrived on the TuttiReal Site or App by clicking a Creator Collective Affiliate Link on an Authorized Channel and pay by credit or debit card, or any of the methods set forth in the TuttiReal Payments Policy. To receive a commission, Creator Collective members must (a) use only the Creator Collective Affiliate Links provided by TuttiReal, (b) only use the links on Authorized Channel, and (c) not alter any of the text links or Creative Assets made available through the Creator Collective Program (CreatorIQ) platform.
The Creator Collective Program platform uses browser cookies to verify qualifying sales. The cookies (i) on the TuttiReal website are valid for thirty (30) days and (ii) on the App are valid for seven (7) days (collectively, the “Cookie Period”). TuttiReal reserves the right to adjust Cookie Periods from time to time. Commissions are paid on qualifying sales made during the Cookie Period that originated on an Authorized Channel. This means that a Creator Collective member can receive a commission for a qualifying sale if the sale was made within thirty (30) days on the TuttiReal website, or seven (7) days in the case of an sale made via the App, of a user clicking the Creator Collective Affiliate Link in an Authorized Channel, as long as the Creator was the last referrer. If a user clicks multiple Creator Collective Affiliate Links, the last Creator Collective Affiliate Link to be clicked prior to a qualifying sale will receive the commission. If the user’s last click prior to making the purchase was a paid channel, such as, for example, via Google PPC or if a paid click goes directly to a Creator Collective Affiliate Link, the purchase will not be a qualifying sale and the Creator will not receive a commission.
Commissions are calculated by multiplying the relevant commission rate and the price of the qualifying sales (excluding shipping costs and taxes). Commissions are not paid on sales that are canceled, refunded, returned, or on any transaction that results in a chargeback. Commissions are subject to review and other limitations for fraudulent activity. TuttiReal reserves the right to withhold commissions for any legitimate reason. You are solely responsible for any taxes that may be due in connection with your participation in TuttiReal’s Creator Collective Program.
At any time, TuttiReal may with or without notice change, suspend or discontinue an Creator Collective Affiliate Link or remove, alter, or modify any graphic submitted by TuttiReal through the Creator Collective Program platform. You agree to promptly implement any request from TuttiReal to remove, alter or modify any Creator Collective Affiliate Link or graphic (Reel, TikTok, Image, Post, etc.) submitted by TuttiReal through the Creator Collective Program platform.
- Program Rules and Restrictions
Creators that violate any of the following program restrictions may be suspended or removed from the Creator Collective Program and may not receive commissions, in TuttiReal’s sole discretion:
Social Media and Sharing Creators may only post Creator Collective Affiliate Links on Authorized Channels they operate, such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook or Threads), TikTok, or X. We do not allow Creator Collective Affiliate Links or Seller images to be shared on some social sharing sites, such as Pinterest and Tumblr. Creators may not run social media paid ads using their Creator Collective Affiliate Links as the in-ad call to action on any of the content they post. When posting content, it is the Creator’s responsibility to follow and abide by each Social Media platform’s terms and conditions, including any policies on affiliate links. Creators may share Creator Collective Affiliate Links with its email subscribers. In addition, Creators may only use the Creative Assets and Creator Collective Affiliate Links provided by TuttiReal and only in the Authorized Channels which do not include closed or private group pages. Creators in the program are also encouraged to use the hashtag #TuttiRealCreatorCo, so TuttiReal can find their posts.
In connection with the Creator Collective Program, you agree that you will not infringe on any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or right of publicity or privacy; TuttiReal can’t speak on behalf of intellectual property owners, nor is TuttiReal in a position to offer legal advice or make legal determinations whether a Creators’ content infringes someone else’s intellectual property. If your material is cited for alleged intellectual property infringement when provided with a report that complies with our policies, you may be suspended or removed from the Creator Collective Program and may not receive commissions, in TuttiReal’s sole discretion.
Use of Coupon Codes Creators may only promote approved TuttiReal-issued coupon codes that are provided through the Creator Collective Program (via our platform, newsletter, etc.). Any expiration dates should be clearly and prominently displayed next to the coupon codes, and codes should be removed or explicitly marked as expired on or just prior to the expiration dates. Creators displaying expired codes without marking them as being expired may be suspended from the Creator Collective Program. You acknowledge and agree that any coupon codes provided by TuttiReal in advance of sales launches are considered confidential information and you agree to maintain the confidentiality of these coupon codes and refrain from disclosing them to any third parties prior to launch or in the absence of written consent from TuttiReal.

- Creators are not permitted to engineer their site in such a manner that it pulls internet traffic away from the TuttiReal Site. This includes, without limitation, directly purchasing traffic (such as, for example, in a manner that artificially leads to ad clicks), or “keyword stuffing” such as using terms in hidden or live text that is meant to attract search engine spiders in order to determine higher relevancy or rank than the TuttiReal Site.

TuttiReal is not liable for any content or information on your Authorized Channels or for any of your users’ claims relating to your Authorized Channels, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold TuttiReal harmless from and against all claims relating to your site and the content of your social media pages. This is typically done via email and then on the social media platform of choice (i.e. for TikTok Spark Ads, Creators will have the option to give TuttiReal usage rights over a certain period of time, and then send across an authorization code for TuttiReal to “boost” said video). TuttiReal has the right to terminate Paid Ads at any given time.
The following content will not be considered for our Paid Ads Program:
